"I came here a few weeks ago to pick up a gift card for a nephew for his birthday as he frequents the store. Baseball cards are not my thing and I know very little about them. I went in and ordered the gift card and when the owner asked who to make it out to, I mentioned my nephews name and he immediately recognized him and knew him. I also wanted to get him a card or a few packs of cards as well, and he directed me to the packs he usually gets. All in all a smooth transaction. I love the personal attention I received here as it was foreign territory for me."
